Hand Drilling for Water the H20 Way!

Video of drilling a well using the Baptist drill method, which is a form of sludging, but with a special bit.

Drilling can be a dirty job!

An open well is the most common source of water for families before we drill. The water is always contaminated in these wells.

Once completed, our wells produce clean, drinkable water that does not get contaminated like an open well which is commonly used.

Our pump handle is designed to be hollow so it floats and makes pumping very easy for children.

In addition to family wells, H2O often sponsors wells for women’s gardening projects.
